Job summary

Braum's in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food service operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. You will coach the store crew, ensure food quality, manage inventory and safety, and drive sales through excellent service.

This role reports to the Store Manager, requires at least 2 years in retail/food service management, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 (annually $51,000 - $53,000)

Assistant Manager's role: Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
