Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Data Analysis is central to safeguarding the financial integrity of the business and mitigating risk associated with the HomeServe claims process. The position will provide strategic leadership, drive process improvement initiatives, and manage a team of fraud investigators and data analysts. The right candidate will work directly with the Legal, Data, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to identify inefficiencies and propose system and process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness and strengthen controls.

Leading fraud-related projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Acting as a subject matter expert and contributing to long-term fraud strategy by collaborating with key members of leadership across the organization.

Job Requirements:

Salary Range: $52,139 – $69,518 with a 5% annual bonus opportunity
