Role Responsibilities
- Manage credit and collections by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional approach
- Assist with deliveries and pickups, ensuring safety and compliance
- Maintain an organized and inviting store environment
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
- Strong communication and customer service skills
