The Clorox Company seeks a diligent Assistant Manager - Corporate Financial Planning to join our world-class Finance team. You will lead consolidation of forecasts and closes, and drive reporting quality across the Total Company.

You will coordinate quarterly forecasts, budgets, and guidance; build dashboards with new tools; ensure data integrity and strong controls; and partner with business units to deliver insights to executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
5+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
General Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
Leadership and influencing abilities; self-starter.
Collaborative with diverse peers, customers, and stakeholders.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibilities

Lead Total Company consolidation for forecasting processes and budget planning, with extensive senior-level messaging.
Support quarterly close consolidation, reporting for Board, and SEC readiness.
Develop dashboards and analytics; automate reporting and improve insights.
Drive continuous improvement through partnerships with Business Units and Corporate teams.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and thought leadership to support decisions.
Strengthen internal controls and data integrity; ensure system reconciliations between platforms.
