Gibbs Oil has an opening for an Assistant Manager at our Convenience Store located in Worcester, MA.

The basic duties for this position include assisting the manager with the day to day running of the station, station appearance, completing both daily and shift paperwork, completing counts, stocking, ordering and keeping the location fully stocked at all times, customer service, cleaning, shift coverage and training employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail assistant manager or shift lead.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers and maintaining standards.
• Experience supervising shifts and staffing coverage.
• Experience ordering merchandise using guidelines and build-to books is a plus.
• Ability to train and develop station staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist the manager with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain station appearance and cleanliness.
• Complete daily and shift paperwork and counts.
• Stock, stock control, and keep location fully stocked at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and cover shifts as needed.
