Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaning – Assistant Manager for evenings in Novi, MI. This part-time role combines hands-on cleaning with leadership responsibilities. You’ll supervise evening cleaning teams, train staff, conduct quality checks, and coordinate with management.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM, about 30 hours per week, pay $17–$19 per hour. Benefits include paid training, referral bonuses, and paid drive time between buildings, with

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
• Must drive between buildings during shift (paid drive time)
• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Dependable, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to download and use mobile apps on your phone for daily tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers
• Sterile cleaning required—scrubs and PPE provided
