Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is growing and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team cleaning commercial buildings in the Novi, MI area. This is a great fit for someone looking for a steady second job with consistent evening hours.

You’ll work Monday-Friday, 3-5 hour shifts starting around 6pm, cleaning offices, medical centers, and other commercial facilities. Pay is $14-$15/hour, with bi-weekly pay and a requirement to use a mobile app for checklists.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidate who can maintain a clean environment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Mop floors (dry & wet).
• Dust surfaces.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Trash removal (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Wipe and disinfect surfaces and secure the building at shift end.
• Receive feedback and improve performance.

• Location: Novi, MI and surrounding areas
• Job type: Part-time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3-5 hour shifts starting around 6pm

• Building types: Commercial facilities including office buildings, medical centers, surgery centers

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mopping floors (dry & wet)
• Dusting
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies
• Trash removal (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Wiping and disinfecting all surfacesLocking and securing the building at end of shift
• Receiving feedback and using constructive criticism to strengthen your work

What We’re Looking For:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is proud to help provide a clean environment for others
• People who have excellent attendance
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required, we will train you!

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Must use mobile app on personal phone to complete cleaning checklists

Position Requirements
