Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to cover multiple locations in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. Shifts are Monday – Friday after 5:00 pm, with 3–6 hours per night and $17 per hour, including drive time between facilities.

Location includes Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, serving medical, schools, churches, and offices. Travel to multiple sites, train staff, supervise cleaning, and ensure safety and quality across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License and own reliable transportation to drive to Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Canton and Ypsilanti.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and flexible with schedule and location.

What You Will Do

• Clean and Disinfect - Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh - Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety - Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony - Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence - Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Make an Impact - Take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.
