Rainbow USA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager with a retail background in women's apparel to lead store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention. You will manage staff, coach performance, and ensure exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on delivering client-focused experiences.

Applicants should have at least two years of retail management experience and be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Job Summary

Assistant Manager - As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as ensuring everything is done with client top of mind. 2 years previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required.
