Rainbow USA is seeking an Assistant Manager/Co-Manager for our Northriverside, IL location. The role focuses on understanding all store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, with at least 2 years of managing a women’s apparel store required.

We are looking for friendly, high-energy leaders who can train staff, multitask, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Job Summary:

Assistant Manager - As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as ensuring everything is done with client top of mind. 2 years previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required.
