Rainbow USA in Portsmouth, VA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager with a retail background to join our fast-growing team.

You will oversee store operations, training staff, visual merchandising, asset protection and expense control, while keeping client experience at the forefront. Two years of management experience in women's apparel is required, and you will lead a team to deliver excellent service daily.

Job Summary:

Assistant Manager - As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as ensuring everything is done with client top of mind. 2 years previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required.
