Job summary

Celebration Cinema Grand Rapids North is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and guest services in a dynamic cinema environment. This part-time role offers opportunities to support the General Manager and foster a safe, welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities include overseeing box office, concessions and events, coaching the team, completing daily paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee box office, ushering, concessions, group events, projection, guest relations.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities of cast members to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure a well‑maintained building with a safe, healthy environment for employees and guests.
• Complete daily paperwork and basic cash handling.
• Model a guest‑centric service culture and hold the team accountable to Celebrated Service values.
• Follow company policies and employment laws and attend meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
