Your role will include supporting your store manager with merchandising, ordering, housekeeping, loss prevention, employee training and coaching, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and store standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and understand all aspects of store operations including inventory management, store-level marketing, cash handling and store maintenance.Assist in the management of staff; including training and coaching where needed.Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer queries and make recommendations.Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales goals.Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Learn to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and staff.Check in orders and verify accuracy upon delivery.Handle invoicing and ensure proper documentation.Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.Who are we looking for?We welcome all applicants, including candidates with disabilities. You'll work opposite the Store Manager, providing leadership and support during key business hours.
