Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a 10–15 person team on-site in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will drive guest satisfaction, safety, and operational standards while supporting training and daily workflow.

The position offers growth into higher management with competitive hourly pay and weekly commission opportunities. The role requires at least 2 years of leadership experience, ability to solve problems quickly, and willingness to work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees with a teamwork-focused culture.
• Provide fast, friendly service to guests and ensure quality experience.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
• Oversee limited admin tasks and equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment areas.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
