Job summary

Wallis Companies seeks an Assistant Manager to support the BriteWorX Manager in running a high-quality car wash with emphasis on efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The role involves promoting rush-hour promotions, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained facility.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and to operate outside alongside associates. You will help maintain asset security and strive to deliver an exceptional wash experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in retail, car wash or related field.
• Willingness to work irregular schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the car wash to achieve sales, expense and profit goals.
• Assist Manager in monitoring equipment and facility cleanliness, safety and wash quality expectations.
• Complete deposit and paperwork in a timely manner and maintain inventories.
• Promote cash wash sales and engage customers in promotions while providing an exceptional buying experience.
• Address customer concerns and security of company assets during Manager's absence.
