Job summary

EMBREY is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Antonio, TX to support resident retention and improve the resident experience with effective conflict resolution. This role reports to the Community Manager and works at the Can Plant site.

The position requires 1 year of sales/service experience, leasing experience preferred, and familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is required, and healthcare/401(k) benefits are offered along with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.


• Audit lease and resident files.


• Process pre-close and month-end reports.


• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.


• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.


• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
