Job summary

EMBREY is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Can Plant in San Antonio, TX. You will assist in resident retention and enhance the resident experience through effective conflict resolution and strong organization.

Responsibilities include posting rent, auditing leases, processing reports, inspecting move-ins/outs, generating leases, and handling move-out deposits. Previous leasing experience and Yardi familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience, preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Assistant Manager at the Can Plant.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.
