University of Washington is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cafes to oversee Rotunda Café and an auxiliary dining location within UW Medical Center. You will lead daily breakfast and lunch service, manage espresso, Grab & Go and deli operations, and ensure top service, quality and safety standards.

Assist in the leadership and management of Housing & Food Services (HFS) Retail Café operations with primary responsibility for Rotunda Café, auxiliary dining location located within the UW Medical Center.

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
This position operates primarily Monday through Friday during breakfast and lunch service periods. The position requires regular floor presence, extended periods of standing, walking, and supporting café operations.
Additional schedule flexibility may be required for training, special events, operational support, or coverage of other Retail Café locations.
