Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop your team to deliver outstanding bakery-café service.
• Assist the GM in overseeing all café operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift scheduling, and succession planning.
• Hire and train new team members and keep the team motivated and engaged.
• Monitor performance and coach managers and associates to meet goals and quality standards.
• Ensure food safety and Panera’s standards of excellence are consistently maintained.
