Dunkin’ in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and ensure each shift operates smoothly. You will support the General Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Dunkin’s standards from opening to close.

You’ll assist with local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals while coaching team members through performance and training initiatives. Availability to start early morning shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
