The Assistant Store Manager is an entry-level management position responsible for the day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assigning work, focusing on store operations, coaching, developing subordinate Shift Supervisors and other associates, and performing other duties as directed by the manager. This role provides an opportunity for entry-level managers to develop management skills and exercise judgment and discretion. It is a non-exempt position reporting typically to the General Store Manager.
