Working with the General Manager, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain drink quality, and coach team members to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months leadership in a coffee shop or similar setting; Ziggi’s experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.

• Proven reliability and initiative.
• Completion of required training and understanding of brand values.
