Job summary

Y-12 Credit Union in Maryville, TN seeks an Assistant Branch Manager who will build relationships, help members navigate financial decisions, and support branch teams. You’ll step in when leadership is needed and coach staff to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to drive goals, oversee daily operations, assist with training and scheduling, and represent the credit union in the community.

As our Assistant Branch Manager, you'll build relationships, help navigate financial decisions, support the branch teams, and step in when situations need a little extra attention.

Some people complete transactions. Others build the relationships that keep members coming back.

What You'll Be Building

• Build relationships with members by understanding their needs and connecting them with their financial solutions that make sense.
• Help members with transactions, account services, consumer loans, and other everyday financial needs.
• Create a branch culture that balances service, growth, and employee development.
• Support and coach branch employees while helping with training, scheduling, feedback, and day-to-day team needs.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to support branch goals, operations, compliance, and the overall member experience.
• Build relationships with local businesses and represent Y-12 in the community.
