City Brew Coffee is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Bozeman location to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and coaching the Brew Crew. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach baristas, and help with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth, welcoming store environment.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests feel energized and supported.

You’ll play a key role in developing the Brew Crew, driving operational success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience—especially during those busy rushes where leadership matters most.
