Job summary

Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking a Beverage/Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the Beverage Management Department in Tampa. You will help with scheduling, supervision, and cost control while delivering outstanding guest service across a fast-paced casino floor.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience, proficiency in Excel/Office, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred with two to four years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Computer literate; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to read Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and staff; strong guest service mindset.
• Able to analyze Food and Beverage data and meet deadlines.
