Job summary

Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood is seeking a Beverage Server to provide excellent guest service across the property, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with attention to safety and standards.

You will take guest orders, handle cash, and ensure a positive, memorable experience while adhering to liquor laws and company policies. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in Mixology preferred.
• IPS certification and Sanitation certification preferred.
• Must present an image of excitement and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.
