Job summary

Windsor Court Hotel is seeking a Lounge and Bar Assistant Manager to join its leadership team in New Orleans. The role focuses on attentive, friendly service in the lounge and bars while adhering to payroll and overhead budgets, and continuously enhancing the guest food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, timely service, maintaining a clean area, and assisting with inventory and supplier orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain Responsible Vendors Certification.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

The Windsor Court seeks a Lounge and Bar Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in the lounge and bars while adhering to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. In partnership with F&B leadership, he/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving our guests' food and beverage experience.

Requirements
