Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager who uses directive selling, sets and achieves sales goals, and remains committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

In this role you will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate your team; assist the department manager in executing a business plan; ensure merchandising standards; build lasting customer relationships; and support inventory control and shrink reduction.

• Work with the department manager to ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Build long lasting relationships and create a loyal customer following by actively selling on the floor
• Assist the department manager in ensuring accurate inventory management and achieve shrinkage goals

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$19.25 - $30.75 Hourly
