Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager in Colorado who excels at directive selling, sets and achieves sales goals, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

In this role you will recruit, train, and motivate a team, partner with the department manager to hit volume and productivity targets, coach staff to provide outstanding service, and manage inventory and merchandising standards.

Qualificações

• A track record of successful results (e.g., productivity)
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence in a commission-based environment
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experience developing relationships with department/store managers and leaders
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills

• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Colorado: $16.60 - $27.00 hourly
