Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Monroe, OH store to support customer experiences and nurture a strong store culture among associates.

You will lead on the sales floor, model LOFT brand behaviors, coach teammates, and help recruit and develop talent while leveraging technology to enable seamless omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to connect with customers and associates with a hospitality mindset.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results and take initiative.
