Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks an Assistant Manager for our Ann Taylor store at Crestview Hills in Kentucky. This role supports customer experience and shapes a strong store culture with a focus on leadership and service excellence.

The successful candidate will lead by example on the sales floor, coach associates, and drive omnichannel experiences while helping recruit and develop talent. Regular, full-time onsite work with benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
