Ann Taylor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates at Cincinnati Premium Outlets, Monroe, OH. The role focuses on leading on the sales floor, modeling brand behaviors, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will help cultivate a welcoming, inclusive environment, use technology for seamless omnichannel shopping, and assist in recruiting and developing talent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
