Job summary

LOFT is hiring an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and cultivate a strong store culture at Walt Whitman Mall, Huntington Station, NY. This role leads on the sales floor, coaches associates, and ensures an inclusive, engaging environment for customers and staff.

You will partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, hiring, and developing talent, while using technology and reporting to drive store performance and omnichannel excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset during customer/associate interactions.
• Technology proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong business acumen; able to drive results with action plans.
• Proactive decision-maker with initiative.
