LOFT is hiring an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture in Annapolis, MD. You’ll lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and coach associates to create genuine connections with customers.

With 1+ year of retail management experience preferred, you’ll leverage your hospitality mindset and tech proficiency to drive results and an inclusive, high-energy environment.
