KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 2987-Las Americas Premium Outlets in San Diego, CA. You will support customer experience and shape a strong store culture, serving as a leader on the sales floor and modeling our brand behaviors to engage customers.

You will mentor associates, recruit and develop talent with the Store Manager, and drive operational excellence using reporting to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen; able to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
