Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will be a store leader, nurturing relationships with customers and the team, at Store 1570-The Mall in Columbia, MD.

You will drive omnichannel experiences, recruit and develop talent, and use reporting to drive operational excellence. The role requires 1+ year retail management and a hospitality mindset; proficiency with POS systems and strong business acumen.

• 1+ year retail management experience.

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
