Job summary

CC Holdings Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at the Indianapolis International Airport location. The role requires guiding a 20+ person team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the HEART Culture of Heartfelt, Efficient, Accountable, Respectful, and Team‑Oriented service.

You’ll work nights and weekends, participate in scheduling, coaching, inventory, and cost controls, and support the General Manager to drive sales and hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the food industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from November through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

Position Qualifications
