Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday
• Nights and weekends required
• 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards
• Sets up the station according to café guidelines

• Follows portion control and presentation specifications set by the café
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shifts
• Cleans and maintains stations while practicing proper safety, sanitation, and organizational procedures
• Understands how to properly use and maintain all station equipment
• Prepares dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Ensures food quality and safety through proper sanitation, food handling, covering, and storage procedures
• Works efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in food service procedures, sanitation practices, and safe food handling standards
• Demonstrates effective communication skills
• Follows all cash handling procedures accurately
• Assists with financial accountability by recording orders, handling payments, giving change, and balancing drawers
