Qualifications

  • Data Entry and MS Excel experience required.
  • Bank and/or Treasury Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support process wire and ACH payments through the Treasury Management System.

  • Lead, mentor, and train the Client Payments team to perform all aspects of the job related to processing payments
  • Assign work and troubleshoot escalations while ensuring adherence to established SLAs and meeting client finance expectations
  • Leader for internal and external calls on Zendesk ticket escalations, filling in Manager and Client Finance on current status, deviation from best practice, and articulating best path forward to solve the problem
  • Support the process wire and ACH payments on behalf of clients through the Treasury Management System and various online banking platforms
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by manager
  • Continual review of cash management processes, suggesting more efficient processes (across the organization) and implementing best practices for the team
  • Leadership in managing aged Zendesk tickets

  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to take ownership of processes, lead others, and accept responsibility
  • Work independently to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibit flexibility in completion of job responsibilities as priorities change
  • Partner with site staff and accountant as necessary to facilitate bank relationships for multiple clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Estimated total compensation for this position:

72,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
