Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor role at Burger King in Porter, Texas. This hands-on leadership position focuses on developing Servant Leaders, delivering memorable guest experiences, and driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach team members, lead daily huddles, monitor service speed, and ensure quality and cleanliness across the restaurant. Strong communication and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments

HERE-S WHAT Education - Experience YOU WILL NEED

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays
