Job summary

Burger King in Humble, TX is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-line teams, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational standards. You will coach staff, manage shift training, and drive performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities include implementing cost controls, monitoring scheduling, and delivering quality experiences while maintaining a welcoming, clean restaurant. Must be ready for varied shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.

• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
