Dhanani Group Inc invites applications for a Burger King team member/leadership role at 1800 E. Main St, Alice, TX 78332. The position emphasizes servant leadership, guest service excellence, and restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach staff, lead huddles, monitor service speed, and help manage schedules and costs while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
