Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Leader for a Burger King location in Webster, TX. This role focuses on building strong teams, delivering great guest experiences, and achieving financial goals in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

You will lead training, coaching, and performance in daily operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness while driving operational improvements and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Able to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests with strong service.
• Maintain balance between guest experience and financial goals.

• Review inventory to optimize orders and minimize waste.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor staff schedules and onboarding.
• Implement actions to address team needs and operational assessments.
