Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor for a Burger King location in Sugar Land, TX. This role focuses on developing leaders, delivering exceptional guest service, and balancing financial goals with daily operations.

You will train and coach team members, run effective team huddles, and ensure service speed, cleanliness, and product quality meet brand standards. The position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.
• Balance guest/employee experience with financial goals.
• Onboard and train new team members effectively.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
• Prepare shift supervisors and advance their development.

• Ensure cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant.

• Review sales and schedules to ensure QSC standards.
• Manage daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and create product orders.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing and adjust schedules and onboarding.

As an integral member of the Burger King Team, this position is responsible for:

• Develop Servant Leaders-Puts your people and restaurant first-not yourself
• Create Memorable Experiences-Creates a service experience so good the guest can-t wait to come back to Burger King
• Administration-Maintains the balance between providing a high-quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals
• Welcomes new team members and provides them with the training needed to do their job
• Leads inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team
• Ensures team members receive ongoing training and coaching
• Builds the capability of the shift supervisors and prepares them for their next level
• Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success
• Actively coaches brand service behaviors-train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate
• Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectationsEnsures the restaurant is welcoming and clean
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments

HERE-S WHAT Education - Experience YOU WILL NEED

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays
