Job summary

Burger King in Rosenberg, Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will supervise team members, ensure service excellence, and manage scheduling, training, and inventories to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing leaders, coaching performance, implementing cost controls, and driving guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals. This role requires flexibility to work all shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
