What You Will Be Doing

• Develop servant leaders – put people and the restaurant first, not yourself.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are consistently delivered.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) goals are met.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage new team member onboarding.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

Education & Experience You Will Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Availability to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
