What You Will Be Doing

As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position helps support the General Manager and the restaurant’s daily operations. Training and development will be provided to support your management goals, and internal promotions are based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of assistant manager experience (high‑volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
