We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for Domino’s Pizza in Arkansas, United States. The role focuses on shift management, employee leadership, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Operate cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Produce products consistently within Domino’S Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products by vehicle from store to customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from customer viewpoint.
• Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Domino’S Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
