Job summary

AR Pizza, LLC (Domino’s Pizza) is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead daily shift operations, uphold brand standards, and drive customer satisfaction. You will mentor team members, ensure safety, and help manage costs while delivering a great guest experience.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma preferred, prior restaurant leadership, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in our Arkansas store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts.

• Control labor and food costs; manage inventory counts.
