The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza:

• Answer the phone and assist carry‑out customers politely, courteously and with knowledge of the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image according to standard.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following the WOW steps: apologize, deliver what the customer wants, and provide something extra.
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order each day; never clear pizzas before they are ready to place in the oven.
• Ensure drivers have $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Prohibit carrying more than $20 on the clock and disallow pocket knives or any weapon while working.
• Keep driver vehicles neat, clean and in a positive image while on duty.
• Wash hands before making products; use only proper procedures for products.
• Require each driver to complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat each order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
• Be responsible for all results in assigned stores; ensure food, labor and service goals are met.
• Review P&L with supervisor monthly.
• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with one day off and one on‑call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza standards.
• Ensure all stores are staffed and all team members trained.
• Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Maintain stores at a minimum 4‑star level.
• Perform Self OERs in the first week of each period and make appropriate corrections.
• Complete evaluations, raises, paperwork, and notify D.O. as required.
• Follow through all assignments and submit reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensure all store‑level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
• Know all product and operational standards.
• Follow all safety and security procedures; keep equipment in working order.
• Maintain store budgets.
• Prepare and deliver all school lunches to required standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and maintain a paper trail.
• Ensure all equipment is available and used correctly.
• Perform inventory checks on each store each month.
• Use systems checklist, visit books, and other tools appropriately.
